Isokinator Vs Bullworker Training

Image
Isokinator - Bullworker Combination Training. No, this isn't really a Bullworker Vs Isokinator comparison, but more of a combination of using both devices in a training routine. The exerciser in the video is Christian Eich. I do have to give credit to Christian. I know the heavy brething is a bit much in this video, but he has remained very consistent with his training and makes regular videos using both the Isokinator and the Bullworker. He's been at it for a number of years now. Which device do you prefer? Bullworker or Isokinator? I know this is the Isokinator blog, and both devices are very good for isometrics, but I must admit, I actually prefer the Bullworker overall.

So, what makes it different from the other Isokinator models, like the Classic , the Lady, Green Giant and the Black Beast (200KG of maximum resistance). The Spaceman's features are that it is much lighter in weight than most of the other models (although some, like the Black Beast and the Lady are also very light in weight), so untimately making it easier to carry around if you're someone that bought an Isokinator to take with you on your travels. The Spaceman has a top resistance level of 90KG (Approximately 198lbs), and its instantly recognizable by the little spaceman image on the front of the device. And of course, this model, like the rest comes with a 20-year warranty.

Do you remember a device called the Bullworker? Well, would it surprise you discover that Gert F. Koelbel is also the man who brought the Bullworker to the world. It's true. He is an inventor with an obsession for designing innovative portable training devices. Pictured: The Isokinator Classic model The original Bullworker was a very well-known device in its heyday. And now, with the introduction of some newer models, such as the X5, new full-sized 36 Inch model and Steel Bow, it remains a popular name around the world. The Isokinator range seems to be gradually following the same trend, as more people look for new ways and unique methods to do their resistance / isometric exercises while living a busy, always on-the-go lifestyle. Using straps that attach to the device (comes with two included for hands and feet but
